There is an active and very emotional discussion online about whether or not the by Round-op Alpha listed individuals should be trialed at all.
The arguments on one side are that the crimes that the listed individuals are being accused of are so severe that the massive outcry by the people serves as the actual trials. In addition it is also claimed that the evidence of their guilt, of the listed individuals, has already been established extensively enough and has been accepted widely enough that court cases are not required in these cases since the people have already ruled through their outcry and initiatives to arrest the listed individuals.
On the other side of the discussion the position is taken that no matter what all arrested individuals should be brought in front of a judge and public jury.

They should always be brought before a Judge and Jury and punishment administered according to there crimes under no terms allow them to go free just because they are wealthy or have admitted guilt.
